As Vice-President, Business Sales & Operations at a Tier 1 wireless carrier, Michael created and grew the entire division to $1 billion in revenue and 1.4 million customers with leading wireless industry metrics. He created an e-commerce division for procurement and fulfillment and maintained a contribution margin of over 60%. In this position, he established partnerships with Research In Motion (RIM), PalmOne, Good Technologies, and Microsoft. He also earned the J.D. Power & Associates “Highest Business Wireless Customer Satisfaction” award.
Michael is a true pioneer, co-founding a start-up in the Convergent IP space. He has also held Vice President, Senior Sales, Marketing, and Product Management positions at several major service providers.

Eileen served as a vice president of marketing at a major wireless carrier, and has consulted with service and network providers to platform and handset manufacturers.

Reither has held director level positions in operations and engineering at major telecommunications companies.
